Call first, details second

In a genuine emergency, a phone call beats any form. Dispatch begins while you are still describing the situation, and the coordinator stays on the line until the crew has your location confirmed.

If the patient is unresponsive, struggling to breathe, bleeding heavily, showing signs of a stroke, or has chest pain lasting more than a few minutes, call now rather than reading further. This page is information, not medical advice.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Call or WhatsApp

One number, answered 24×7. Tell the coordinator the pickup landmark and what has happened — they confirm the right vehicle type and an honest ETA before the call ends.

  2. Step 2

    Nearest available unit dispatched

The platform assigns the closest contracted unit with the right equipment, not the closest unit of any kind. You get the crew's number and the vehicle registration.

  3. Step 3

    Tracked to hospital handover

The transfer is followed end to end, the receiving hospital is pre-informed, and the case closes only after a bed-to-bed handover is confirmed.

Planning a transfer instead?

For scheduled discharges, interhospital moves and standby cover, leave three details and a coordinator calls you back.

Request a callback

Three fields. A coordinator calls you back.

Please do not enter medical records or health details in this form.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the first sixty seconds of the call?
The coordinator asks where the patient is, what has happened and whether they are breathing normally. That decides the vehicle type. Dispatch is triggered while you are still on the line — you do not have to finish giving details before a unit starts moving.
Do I need to know which ambulance type to ask for?
No. Describe the situation in plain language and the coordinator selects between BLS, ALS, ICU, ventilator and cardiac units. Choosing wrongly costs time, so we make that call, not you.
How fast does an ambulance actually arrive?
We dispatch the nearest available ambulance. Response time varies by location, traffic, distance and availability — the coordinator gives you a specific honest ETA for your address before the call ends.
What should I do while waiting?
Keep the patient still and warm, do not give food or water, gather any medicines and prior discharge summaries, and unlock the route the stretcher will take — lift, gate, stairwell. If the patient is unresponsive and not breathing normally, the coordinator will guide you on chest compressions.
Is TEN a replacement for 108 or 112?
No. 108 and 112 are the government emergency numbers and remain free to call. TEN is a private network you can call in parallel or when you need a specific critical-care vehicle, an interhospital transfer or an ambulance in a fixed time window.

Need an ambulance anywhere we operate right now?

One number, answered 24×7. The coordinator confirms the right vehicle, an indicative price and an honest ETA before dispatch. Median arrival is an honest ETA confirmed on the call in serviced pin codes.*
