India privacy notice — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
TenMed Network (TEN — Total Emergency Network) is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected through this website. This notice is provided under Section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules in force under it.
Personal data we collect through forms: your name, mobile number, city and — where you choose to provide them — email address and a short description of your transport requirement. Callback forms on our landing pages collect three fields only: name, mobile number and city. We ask you not to submit medical records, diagnoses or other health information through any form on this site.
Purpose of processing: to call you back, to coordinate or quote a medical transport, to keep a record of the request for service quality and dispute handling, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use form data for unrelated advertising.
Lawful basis — consent: before you can submit a callback or contact form you must tick an unticked consent box confirming that TEN may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your request and process the details you entered for that purpose. Consent is requested in clear language, is specific to that purpose, and is recorded with a version stamp against your request. Where a transport is already underway, processing may also rest on the legitimate uses recognised in Section 7 of the DPDP Act, including responding to a medical emergency or a threat to life.
Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given, by writing to Support@tenmednetwork.com with the mobile number you used. We stop further processing for that purpose on receipt; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, or records we must keep by law.
Your rights as a Data Principal: access a summary of your personal data and processing, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure where retention is no longer required, nomination of another individual to exercise your rights, and grievance redressal. Requests are answered within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act.
Grievance officer: write to Support@tenmednetwork.com with the subject line "DPDP grievance". If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Retention: form submissions are retained only as long as needed for the purpose above and for the record-keeping period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Children: we do not knowingly process the personal data of a child (under 18) without verifiable parental consent, and we do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
Analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement tags load with Consent Mode v2 set to denied by default. Analytics and advertising storage are enabled only after you accept, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from our Cookie Policy page. Measurement events record only the page, city, service and interaction type — never your name, number or any health information.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the visitor’s location through hosting, email, security, or other service providers. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be implemented.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
