The privacy policy governs the use of the software application for mobile devices that was created by Swasth Care. Swasth Care has its registered office at Jai Javan Colony, Sainikpuri, Medchal – Hyderabad.
User(Driver/Paramedic) Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when the Application is downloaded and registration is done on the Application. As part of the registration, you would generally provide your Name, gender, date of birth, mobile no, and other registration information.
Automatically collected information
The application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique id, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browsers used, and information about the way application is used.
Precise Real time location information of device
The application does collect the precise location information of the device when an ambulance is requested and while searching for a nearby ambulances, and hospitals.
Do third parties see and/or have access to the Application obtained information
As required by the law, such to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or respond to a government request with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in the privacy statement
User Opt-out rights from Application
You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling the application.
