Hyderabad is a large and expanding city with busy roads, long travel distances, and healthcare facilities spread across several neighbourhoods. When a family needs an ambulance, clear information can make coordination easier.

Start with the pickup location
Share the exact pickup location, including the building name, floor, entrance, and a nearby landmark. In gated communities, campuses, and apartment complexes, the driver may need instructions about the best access point. A location button or map pin can be helpful, but families should also provide a written address.
Consider the journey
A short local transfer, a hospital-to-hospital movement, and an intercity journey may require different vehicle arrangements. Tell the coordinator whether the patient can sit, needs a stretcher, or needs support while entering or leaving the building. Ask whether an attendant can travel and what equipment is available.
Keep hospital details ready
If a doctor or hospital has recommended a destination, share the name and department. Do not assume that every hospital has the same emergency facilities or availability. Admission and treatment decisions belong to the receiving hospital.
Prepare for local conditions
Traffic, weather, roadworks, and access restrictions may affect a journey. Keep the phone available for calls from the ambulance team and provide an alternate family contact if possible.
TenMed Network can help route ambulance enquiries and connect families with network participants in Hyderabad. The platform does not replace local emergency services or medical advice.
